The Lady Tigers spent their Saturday at the Milan softball tournament. Their first opponent was the co-op team of Norborne/Tina-Avalon/Southwestern. Brashear was the visiting team and batted 1st, putting up a 5-0 lead in the top of the 1st. Brashear would continue to dominate as they cruised to an 11-2 win. Alex Borgmeyer homered twice for Brashear and also picked up the win on the mound.

In the 2nd game of the day, Brashear faced Novinger with Brashear once again being visitors and batting 1st. The Lady Tigers scored 5 times in the top of the 1st and were never challenged as they took the win by a score of 15-4. Maddie Moots picked up the complete game win as Brashear advanced to the title game.

Brashear was prepared to play Milan for the championship when rain arrived. Hopefully the game can be rescheduled for a later date.
